1. No Refund Policy

At Jummp Marketing LTD (DBA Home Builder Marketers), all sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. Once a service has been initiated, resources are allocated, and work begins immediately. As such, we are unable to process refunds under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services by providing a 30-day written notice. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Jummpmarketing@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be applied.

3. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our no-refund policy. However, clients experiencing issues with service delivery are encouraged to contact our support team to discuss possible resolutions.
